The location of the hotel is comfortable and in a quiet area. It is a short walk to parks, the Bay Area, downtown, and various sites. Parada New Peru is easily accessible from the hotel and I had lunch/dinner there.

The rooms were clean and well maintained and the breakfast was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. I read some of the past reviews stating that it was noisy, but it was quiet in our room that faced the courtyard.

The hotel provided free shuttle service to a conference that took place about a mile away - on two mornings, this was really convenient. they allowd checkout at 2 pm, also convenient.
Highway noise. In addition to the Booked.net fee I was charged a few $ extra, not very clear why.

Some of the rooms are right on the freeway and quite noisy. We had to complain to get ours changed.

Facility , location and the breakfast.
Desk clerk would not allow my date to check in, telling her I must be present with the credit card which reserved the room. Upon my arrival I was not even asked for a credit card or an ID!!!! We were in room 210 and on Friday Mar 18, Room 208 was very loud starting at about 3 am. My first attempt to contact the front desk via the room telephone, came to no avail as the desk picked up the phone made no attempt to respond and then hung up.

Central position in a good neighborhood with exceptionally good views. Very close to Walnut Creek, CA and the alley and the airport.

The hotel is impeccably clean and provides good value. It has a nice pool and is conveniently located next to a coffee shop. Checking in and out is easy and they offer complimentary wake-up service, ironing, and a hot breakfast.
